Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer monetary refunds for purchased items or custom engraved orders. If an item is found to be faulty or damaged, we will replace it as soon as possible or alternatively you can request store credit to the same value. We have a 30-day exchange policy on all eligible items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your ring to request an exchange for a different size or other items to equal the same value.
To be eligible for an exchange, your ring must not be custom engraved, must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or order confirmation email if purchasing online.
If you would like to make a return, please contact us directly via the Contact Us Page or visit our store located at 123 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia. Please note that all exchanges will need to be sent to our store address if you are not able to visit our store.
If your request to exchange items is accepted, you will need to return ship the item to us yourself along with another shipping label (or re-delivery fee paid) so we can send the replacement/exchange item/s back out to you, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. We will process the exchange once we receive your items and email with an update. If we are not able to fulfil your request for any given reason such as an item being out of stock, we will provide an update and offer a store credit up to the value of your original order/item. Damage & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item/s. We may need a photo of the defects to help with possible returns or exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom engraved rings or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do not accept exchanges or provide refunds on sale items, gift cards, or custom engraved rings.
Credit
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the exchange or store credit was approved or not. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved and processed your exchange, please contact us at hello@ifliand.com.
