4. Custom Jewelry Services
For custom jewelry orders:
- Custom engraved items may have longer processing times
- Custom engraved items may not be eligible for returns unless defective
- We will work with you to ensure your satisfaction with custom pieces
- Ring sizing adjustments may be available post-purchase for a fee
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary
- Risk passes to you upon delivery
- We will notify you if delivery delays occur
- Additional charges may apply for remote locations
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, including designs, logos, and text, is owned by Ifliand and protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce our content without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
